MOSAIC EVENT SERVICES LLC

Mosaic Event Services LLC shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance or execution due to events or causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government regulations, orders or actions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, or any other unforeseen events (collectively referred to as "Force Majeure"). In the event of such circumstances. Any and all payments made by a client and/or any purchasing party are non-refundable and shall be considered forfeited in the event that Mosaic is unable to perform due to Force Majeure. Full payment for any services invoiced, performed, and/or yet to be performed are required to be fully paid by the date specified on the most recent invoice.
